摘要
从强韧性、耐延迟断裂性和冷变形性三个方面介绍了高强度螺栓钢的设计思路和前期研究结果,并在此基础上设计出一种1500MPa级的高强度螺栓钢。研究结果表明,新钢种具有微细的显微组织和良好的强韧性配合,并且其缺口敏感性、冷变形性及耐延迟断裂性能均优于或等同于常用的12.9级高强度螺栓钢42CrMo,这表明新钢种有可能用作14.9级高强度螺栓钢。
The alloy design of high strength steel for bolts was discussed from the point of strength and toughness in combination, delayed fracture resistance and cold heading ability. Based on the work at CISRI, a new 1 500 MPaclass martensitic high strength steel for bolts has been developed. It′s shown that the newly developed steel has a fine microstructure and good combination of strength and toughness. The notch sensitivity, cold heading ability and delayed fracture resistance of the newly developed steel is also better than that of the conventional steel 42CrMo for 12.9 grade bolts. It′s proposed that the new steel could be used as high strength steel for 14.9 grade bolts.
