租赁业对推进市场化进程、引导扩大消费、增加居民就业、形成社会性节约与资源的优化配置,有重要意义。我国租赁业已经历了一个初级阶段的发展过程,但现有租赁业的发展水平与经济发展的要求极不相适应。其中社会信用是一个很重要的制约因素,必须进一步完善租赁法规与各项配套政策。

The rental has much significance in improving the market process,enlarging consumption,increasing employment,developing the social thrift,and forming excellent deployment of resources.The rental in China has underwent its primary process,but its present level does not fit in with the current economic developmnt.One of the fundamental refrained factors is social credit,and the rental laws and regulations and various policies must also be perfected.
