摘要
企业竞争力是一个能力体系,是由企业资源能力要素整合作用而体现的,管理创新能力体现了对企业资源更为有效配置和转换能力。管理创新对企业竞争力的保持和提升具有基础性的关键作用。本文研究探讨了管理创新与企业竞争力的关系,深入揭示了企业战略、组织结构、人力资源、控制技术和企业文化的管理创新对保持和提升企业竞争力的机制和效应,并对推进管理创新提升我国企业的竞争力提出了若干设想和建议。
Enterprise competence is a system presented by the integration of the enterprise resource competence.And the competence of management innovation is used to distribute and transfer enterprise resources more efficiently.Management innovation plays a vital role in maintaining and upgrading the enterprise competence.This paper discusses the relationship between management innovation and enterprise competence.Then it reveals the mechanism and effect of the management innovation in the fields of enterprise strategies,organizational structures,human resources,control technologies and enterprise culture to maintain and upgrade enterprise competence.Finally,a few suggestions are put forward to enhance management innovation and upgrade enterprise competence in our country.
