民营科技企业作为推动我国国民经济增长的重要力量,其发展前景十分广阔。而要实现民营科技企业的可持续发展健康发展,既需要为民营科技企业创造宽松有利的宏观环境,完善民营科技企业社会服务体系;同时,也要求民营科技企业明晰产权,加强管理,不断增强企业的市场运作能力和技术创新能力。

As a main force to promote the growth of national economy, the private hi-tech firms in China have great development potentials. The sustainable developments of such firms depend on not only the improvement of macro-environment and social service mechanism outside of the firms, but also the clarification of the ownership, the enforcement of internal management, and the competence of marketing and innovation of the firms.
