摘要
论述了电渣冶金的最新进展情况,简要介绍了导电结晶器、快速电渣重熔、洁净金属喷射成形以及可控气氛电渣冶金(包括真空电渣重熔、惰性气体保护下电渣重熔、高压下电渣重熔)等技术。这些技术在改善和消除传统电渣冶金工艺局限性的同时,进一步发挥了电渣冶金的优越性,使电渣冶金显示出了更强大的生命力和更宽广的应用前景。
The recent advances in electroslag metallurgy have been reviewed. Some important innovative techniques, such as currentconductive mold, electroslag rapid remelting, clean melt spray forming and atmospherecontrolling electroslag metallurgy including vacuum electroslag remelting, electroslag remelting under inert gases, electroslag under high pressure and electroslag remelting under Cacontaining fluxes, were introduced briefly. With the development of these advanced techniques, which avoid successfully some disadvantages existing in the traditional ESM, the electroslag metallurgy is entitled to further improvement and wider range application.
