摘要
通过对海洋真菌DendryphiellaArenariaTM94产岩藻多糖酶发酵培养基组成及工艺条件的研究 ,并经正交实验 ,得到较优培养基配方为 :麸皮 3 % ,海带 1 % ,葡萄糖 0 3% ,复合氮源为NaNO33 % ,(NH4 ) 2 SO4 0 5 % ,蛋白胨 3 %和酵母浸膏0 6 %时 ,培养基的起始pH为 6 5。在恒温振荡器中以 1 2 0rpm的速度振荡培养 ,岩藻多糖酶活可达 2 4 3IU/ml。
The media components and cultivation conditions for fucoidanase production were studied.The optimal fermentation nutrient components obtained by the orthogonal trial were as follows:wheat bran3%,Laminaria 1%,glucose0.3%,NaNO 33%,(NH 4) 2SO 4,0.5%,peptone3% and yeast extract0.6%,initial pH6.5.In the case,Dendryphiella Arearia was cultured at 28℃ for 72 hours on a rotary shaker with a speed of 120 rpm.The fucoidanase production reached 24.2IU/ml.
