摘要
建立了测定水母雪莲细胞培养物中的总黄酮含量的分光光度法,该法操作简便,结果准确可靠。
A spectrophotometer method for detecting flavonoids in the callus cultures of Saussurea medusa has been developed.The results showed that this method was simple,exact and reliable for quantification of flavonoids.
