左旋卡尼汀对糖尿病伴高血压患者血浆肉碱浓度及血糖的影响 被引量:6

Influence of L-carnitine on plasma free carnitine level, blood glucose and blood viscosity in type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension

摘要 目的:探讨应用左旋卡尼汀(L—carnitine,L—CN)治疗对2型糖尿病伴高血压患者血浆游离肉碱(free carnitine,FC)浓度、血糖及血黏度的影响。方法:用L—CN针剂治疗20例2型糖尿病伴高血压患者(DM+EH),并以20例单纯高血压病患者(EH)为对照,测定治疗前后血浆FC浓度及血糖和血黏度的变化。结果:DM+EH患者治疗前血浆FC浓度[(50.59±13.41)μmol/L]低于EH患者[(63.32±1 5.23)μmol/L,P<0.05],经L-CN治疗后升高至(105.74±55.83)μmol/L,与治疗前相比,相差非常显著(P<0.01)。在L—CN治疗后血糖及血黏度也有所下降,并以全血低切黏度下降明显(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病伴高血压患者血浆FC下降,外源性L-CN的补充可明显提高血浆FC浓度,降低血糖和血黏度,对改善糖尿病有益。 Objective:To investigate the changes of plasma free carnitine (FC) level in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension and the influence of L-carnitine(L-CN) on plasma FC,blood glucose and blood viscosity. Methods:Plasma FC, blood glucose and blood viscosity were measured in 20 type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension (group 1) and 20 patients with essential hypertension (group 2) before and after they received 3. 0 g/d /,-CN intravenous infusion for ]0 d. Re-sultstlt was observed that plasma FC level was lower in group 1 [(50. 59±13. 41) μmol/L] than in group 2 [(63. 32± 15. 23) μmol/L,P<0. 05] before treatment. But the plasma FC level was elevated significantly [(105. 74 ± 55. 83) μmol/L, P<0. 01] after treatment,accompanied by decrease of blood glucose level and blood viscosity. Conclusion:It suggests that carnitine deficiency may exist in type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension ,and it is beneficial for the patients with diabetes mellitus to receive L-CN.
