薄层色谱扫描法检测血浆中苯丙胺与3,4-亚甲基二氧基甲基苯丙胺 被引量:8

摘要 目的 建立血浆中苯丙胺 (AM)、3 ,4 亚甲基二氧基甲基苯丙胺 (MDMA)的薄层色谱扫描 (TLCS)定性定量检测方法。方法 样品经碱化 ,分别用乙酸乙酯与环己烷提取 ,薄层层析分离 ,薄层扫描定性和定量检测。结果 AM、MDMA扫描线性范围均为 0 2~ 15 μg/斑点 ,提取回收率分别为 (76 6± 3 1) %和 (78 4± 4 7) % ,最低检出限为 0 2 μg/斑点 (S/N≥ 3 )。 Objective To establish a method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of amphetamine and 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) in plasma by TLC scaning. Methods The specimens were alkalinized and extracted with ethyl acetate or cyclohexane respectively, then outspreaded with TLC, and was detected with TLC scanning. Results The result showed that the scan curves of amphetamine and MDMA were linear, ranging from 0 2 μg to 15 μg. The recoveries of amphetamine and 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine were (76 6±3 1)% and (78 4±4 7)% respectively. The minimal detection limit was 0 2 μg. Conclusion This method can be used to detect amphetamine and MDMA in case of poisoning identification.
