武警战士与指挥院校学员一般卫生知识信念行为的对比分析

Comparison of Health Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of Soldiers with Students of Command Colleges in Armed Police Forces.

目的 武警部队开展健康教育时提供一定的依据。方法 采取整群多阶段抽样的方法对全国 3 463名武警战士和指挥院校学员进行现场问卷调查。结果 武警战士一般卫生知识、信念、行为平均得分分别是 61 .44 ,66 .2 6和 49.51 (满分均为 1 0 0分 )。指挥院校学员一般卫生知识、信念、行为平均得分分别是 65.63,60 .33和 53.44(满分均为 1 0 0分 )。后者的一般卫生知识、行为平均得分明显高于前者 ,但信念得分却低于前者。信念与知识、行为紧密相关 ,r =0 .0 4和 0 .30。结论 武警战士和指挥院校学员健康知识、信念、行为水平较低 ,应该针对生活环境、个体的文化素质。

Objective To provide the basis for health education in the Armed Police Forces.Methods A total of 3463 soldiers and students of command colleges of Armed Police Forces were chosen and questionnaire was carried out by multistage sampling. Results The average scores of general health knowledge ,attitude and practice of soldiers are 61.44,66.26 and 49.51 respectively, and those of students are 65.63,60.33 and 53.44 (with the full score is 100). The scores of general knowledge and practice of the latter are remarkably higher than those of the former, while the score of attitude of the latter is lower than that of the former. Health attitude shows positive relation to health knowledge and practice, r=0.04 and 0.30 respectively. Conclusion The levels about the general health knowledge, practice and attitude both of the soldiers and students of command college in Armed Police Forces are low, so further measures should be taken on the life environment, culture and health attitude in order to improve the effect of health education.
