高原环境30小时完全睡眠剥夺单次及重复口服咖啡因对计算能力影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 比较高原环境 (海拔约 2 850m)下 30小时完全睡眠剥夺单次及重复口服咖啡因对计算能力的不同影响。方法 采用自身前后对照实验设计 ,对 6名被试前后进行 2次 30小时完全睡眠剥夺。在剥夺过程中 ,分 6个时间点进行连续相加测验 ,分别为 :2 4 :0 0、0 3:0 0、0 5 :0 0、0 7:0 0、0 9:0 0和 1 3:0 0。在 0 1 :0 0和 0 5:0 0时间点上分别给予两种处理 :单次口服 2 0 0mg咖啡因和重复口服2 0 0mg咖啡因。两次实验间洗脱期为 3天。每次实验进行 6个时间点的连续相加测验 ,观察测验成绩的变化趋势。结果 两次实验中 0 3:0 0与 0 5:0 0时间点上作业成绩未有明显下降。在单次服用 2 0 0mg咖啡因实验中 ,0 7:0 0测验时间点成绩明显下降 ,到 0 9:0 0测验时间点成绩上升 ,1 3 :0 0测验时间点成绩再次下降 ;而在重复服用 2 0 0mg咖啡因实验中 ,0 7:0 0和 0 9:0 0测验时间点成绩均有所提高 ,在 1 3 :0 0测验时间点成绩下降 ,下降幅度明显大于单 2 0 0mg咖啡因。结论 在高原环境下 ,咖啡因对抗睡眠剥夺的不良影响是有效的。并且重复口服 2 0 0mg咖啡因的对抗作用较为理想 ,不但体现在服药后作业成绩的提高 ,而且也反映在对抗作用持续时间上。 Objective Effects of two conditions(200mg caffeine and 2×200mg caffeine) on calculation ability was studied during 30h of sleep deprivation. Methods Using self contrast design, six healthy male participants who were administered two conditions(200mg caffeine and 2×200mg caffeine) at 01:00 and 05:00 hours and the performance of calculation were tested at 24:00?03:00?05:00?07:00?09:00 and 13:00hours.Results It showed no significant decrease of performance at 0300 and 0500 hours. The performance of calculation dropped at 07:00 hour, ascended at 09:00 hour and fell again at 13:00 hour under the condition of 200mg caffeine. While under the condition of 2×200mg caffeine, the performances at 07:00 and 09:00 hours were both increased, but the extent of decreasing at 13:00 hour was significant than that of 200mg caffeine. Conclusion Caffeine is available to avoid negative effect of sleep deprivation and the dose of 2×200mg caffeine is more effective.
