电击信号应激免疫调节作用的中枢机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨可能参与电击信号应激免疫调节作用的中枢机制。方法 利用以电击装置为信号的情绪应激免疫调节作用动物模型 ,观察情绪应激后 2个小时 ,大鼠全脑的c fos原癌基因表达情况。结果 与对照组动物相比 ,以电击装置为信号刺激的情绪应激组大鼠明显表达c fos的脑区包括额皮质、扣带皮质、杏仁体、前连合核、下丘脑背内侧核弥散部、弓状核、孤束核等。 Objective To explore the central mechanism that maybe involved in the immunomodulation induced by footshock signal. Method Utilizing the animal model of immunomodulation of emotional stress induced by footshock apparatus as signal stimuli, observe the expression of c fos gene in the rat brains after stress.Results compared to rats in control groups, c fos gene expressed significantly at several brain areas in rats of emotional stressed group. The brain areas contain frontal cortex, cingulum cortex, amygdala, anterior commissure nucleus, arcuate nucleus, diffuse part of dorsalmedial nucleus hypothalamus, solitary nucleus. Conclusion These brain areas maybe involved in the central mechanism of immunomodulation induced by the emotional stress.
