摘要
目的 探讨不同行为类型者心理应激时血液中血管活性物质浓度的变化。方法 以健康的男大学生 49人为研究对象 ,用速算比赛使其产生心理应激 ,比较不同行为类型者心理应激前后的血压、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )、醛固酮 (ALD)、心钠素(ANP)及血清一氧化氮 (NO)浓度的变化。结果 心理应激后血压、血浆AngⅡ、ALD的浓度较心理应激前增加 (P <0 .0 5) ,且A型行为类型者舒张压、血浆AngⅡ、ALD浓度的增幅较非A型行为类型者大 (P <0 .0 5) ;应激后血清NO浓度下降 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,且应激前后血清NO浓度的变化A型行为类型者较非A型行为类型者更为明显 (P <0 .0 5) ;心理应激前后血浆ANP浓度无改变。结论 心理应激所致的血压升高可能既与缩血管物质浓度的增加有关 ,同时也与NO浓度减少有关。
Objective To study the effect of laboratory mental stress on plasma levels of angiotensinⅡ( AngⅡ),aldosterone (ALD) , atrial natriuretic peptide ( ANP) and NO in healthy subjects with different type of behavior. Methods Blood pressure ,plasma AngⅡ, ALD and ANP concentration and the level of serum NO were observed before and after mental arithmetic test. Results Levels of Blood pressure, plasma AngⅡ and ALD increased significantly (P<0.05) and the level of serum NO decreased significantly (P<0.001) during mental arithmetic test. changing values of levels of diastolic pressure, plasma AngⅡ and ALD and serum NO concentration were greater in the students of type A behavior pattern(TABP) than in those of type B behavior pattern (TBBP) (P< 0.05 ). level of Plasma ANP didn't change during mental arithmetic test(P>0.05). Conclusion Mental stress induces the increase in the level of plasma AngⅡ and ALD and the decrease in the level of serum NO.
