应对方式对慢性前列腺炎患者预后的影响

The influence of Personality characteristic and coping styles to the prognosis of patients suffering chronic prostatitis

目的 观察应对方式对慢性前列腺炎预后的影响。方法 对 62例慢性前列腺炎患者 ,采用艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ)测定患者的个性特征 ,采用症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )测定患者心身症状 ,采用应对分类问卷测定患者的应对方式。结果 以消极应对为主的患者趋内向 ,且心身症状严重 ,预后较差。

Objective To observe the influence of coping styles to the prognosis of chronic prostatitis. Method 62 chronic prostatitis patients were researched. The individual character of patients was interviewed with the questionnaire of EPQ. The body and psychology states were assessed by SCL 90. The coping styles of patients was assessed by the questionnaire of coping styles. Results The patients with inactive reply incline to introversive, and their body and psychology states are serious, and the course of disease is also long.Conclusion The prognosis of patients suffering prostatitis is correlated with the coping styles of patients.
