针刺“从卫取气”的临床体会

Clinical experience on the needling method getting Qi from Wei

根据“卫气强盛则皮肤纹理致密,卫气虚弱则皮肤纹理疏松”的原理,阐明运用针刺“从卫取气”的操作方法,并以针刺透皮时的感觉来判断卫气的强弱,从而推断人体体质的强弱、疾病转归和辨别阴阳虚实,指导针灸临床“补虚泻实”手法的运用,同时配合四诊对疾病作出正确的诊断。

According to the theory that when Wei-qi is strong, the dermatoglyph will be compact, when Wei-qi is weak, the dermatoglyph will loose, the manipulation of needling method getting Qi from Wei was explained. Thus, on basis of sensation during acupuncture, the acupuncturist can judge the strength and weakness of Wei-qi, so as to infer strong and weak constitutions of the patient, changes of diseases, and differentiate Yin, Yang, deficiency and excess, and direct application of reinforcing deficiency and reducing excess manipulations in clinical acupuncture and moxibustion, and diagnose correctly diseases in combination with four diagnostic methods.
