摘要
目的:探讨针刺减轻烧伤创面早期进行性损害的机理。方法:建立兔深Ⅱ度烧伤模型,采用NO试剂盒(酶法)测定组织NO,观察烧伤早期(伤后5天内)创面组织NO的动态变化以及针刺双侧“足三里”穴对组织中NO产生的影响。结果:兔深Ⅱ度烧伤早期组织中NO含量显著低于正常组织,以伤后第3天最低,针刺能明显提高烧伤早期创面组织NO的产生。结论:针刺能提高创面组织NO含量,可能是其减轻组织水肿和烧伤创面早期进行性损害的重要因素。
Objective To study on the mechanism of acupuncture alleviating progressive lesion in wound tissue in early bum. Methods After the degree Ⅱ deep burn model rabbit was established, dynamic changes of NO in the wound tissue within 5 days after burn and the effect of acupuncture at bilateral 'Zusanli' (ST 36) on NO contents were observed. Results The NO content in the tissue in early bum was significantly lower than that in the normal group, at the third day being the lowest, and acupuncture could significantly increase the NO content. Conclusion Acupuncture can increase NO content in the wound tissue, which is possibly an important factor for alleviating swelling of tissue and progressive lesion of wound tissue at the early stage of burn.
