过瘤胃氨基酸对乳牛瘤胃发酵、产乳量及乳成分的影响 被引量:38

摘要 用8头荷斯坦黑白花奶牛就饲粮中添加过瘤胃氨基酸(赖氨酸+蛋氨酸)对乳牛瘤胃发酵、产乳量及乳成分的影响进行研究。结果表明,过瘤胃氨基酸组的干物质采食量与对照组无显著差异。过瘤胃氨基酸组的产乳量和4%FCM量较对照组分别提高5.95%和4.09%,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。过瘤胃氨基酸组的乳蛋白率较对照组有下降的趋势,但乳蛋白量较对照组有升高的趋势(P>0.05)。其他乳成分并未因添加过瘤胃氨基酸而受到显著影响。瘤胃液的pH值、氨氮浓度、挥发性脂肪酸总浓度及各挥发性脂肪酸摩尔浓度,过瘤胃氨基酸组与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。 Eight Holstein cows were used to evaluate addition of rumenbypass amino acid (Met+Lys) on the effects of rumen fermentation,milk production,and milk components.Results showed that dry matter intake (DM) of rumenbypass amino acid groups were not significant compared with that of the control groups.The milk yield and 4% FCM of rumenbypass amino acid groups were increased by 595%,and 409% compared with that of the control groups,but there was no significant difference (P>005).The milk protein percentage were tended to decrease by the addition of rumenbypass amino acid supplement,but milk protein production increase compared with that of control groups (P>005).The other milk components were not affected by rumenbypass amino acid supplement.The ruminal pH and ruminal concentration of NH3N,Total VFA,proportions of VFA of rumenbypass amino acid groups were not significant compared with that of control groups (P>005).
