摘要
用8头荷斯坦黑白花奶牛就饲粮中添加过瘤胃氨基酸(赖氨酸+蛋氨酸)对乳牛瘤胃发酵、产乳量及乳成分的影响进行研究。结果表明,过瘤胃氨基酸组的干物质采食量与对照组无显著差异。过瘤胃氨基酸组的产乳量和4%FCM量较对照组分别提高5.95%和4.09%,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。过瘤胃氨基酸组的乳蛋白率较对照组有下降的趋势,但乳蛋白量较对照组有升高的趋势(P>0.05)。其他乳成分并未因添加过瘤胃氨基酸而受到显著影响。瘤胃液的pH值、氨氮浓度、挥发性脂肪酸总浓度及各挥发性脂肪酸摩尔浓度,过瘤胃氨基酸组与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。
Eight Holstein cows were used to evaluate addition of rumenbypass amino acid (Met+Lys) on the effects of rumen fermentation,milk production,and milk components.Results showed that dry matter intake (DM) of rumenbypass amino acid groups were not significant compared with that of the control groups.The milk yield and 4% FCM of rumenbypass amino acid groups were increased by 595%,and 409% compared with that of the control groups,but there was no significant difference (P>005).The milk protein percentage were tended to decrease by the addition of rumenbypass amino acid supplement,but milk protein production increase compared with that of control groups (P>005).The other milk components were not affected by rumenbypass amino acid supplement.The ruminal pH and ruminal concentration of NH3N,Total VFA,proportions of VFA of rumenbypass amino acid groups were not significant compared with that of control groups (P>005).
