摘要
利用RAPD技术,采用从200个10碱基随机引物筛选的22引物对17个硬肉桃品种的基因组DNA进行扩增,通过扩增180个位点的谱带的聚类,分析供试硬肉桃的系统发育,将供试的硬肉桃品种分为5组;并运用特殊谱带,建立了硬肉桃的分子检索表;提出了重点保存的硬肉桃种质有大红袍、五月鲜、秦岭冬桃、一线红、阳泉肉桃和大甜桃。
The genomic DNAs of 17 accessions of crisp peach (Prunus persica var.vulgaris) were amplified by RAPD (Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA) with 22 primers selected from 200 arbitrary 10 decamer primers. Analyzing phylogenetic relationship through cluster of the bands in 180 amplified loci. The experimented accessions could be divided into five groups. Molecular checking index and conservation of key germplasm which included 6 cultivars,namely Dahongpao,Wuyuexian, Qinglingdongtao, Yixianhong, Yangquanroutao, Datiantao,were put forward according to their special bands.
