摘要
采用固相微萃取技术分离鲜柠檬皮中的挥发性成份,用GC-MS分析鉴定,对总离子流色谱的峰面积进行归一化定量,共签定了37种化合物,占总峰面积的99%以上,其中萜烯类化合物20种,醇类化合物7种,酯类化合物6种,醛类化合物2种,烯烃类化合物2种,最主要的成份是苎烯(51.99%),2-β-蒎烯(25.45%),α-松油烯(8.66%),橙花醇(5.40%)、柠檬醛(3.14%)等。比较了不同萃取头对取样效果的影响,聚乙二醇-二乙烯基苯纤维头顶空取样的萃取效果最令人满意。
The volatile chemical constituents of citrus fruit peel were analysised in this paper.37 volatile compounds were identified by SPME and GCMS.The result showed that the most predominant compound was DLlimonene (5199%),followed by 2βpinene (2545%),αterpinene (866%),Nerol (540%),and Citral (314%).With the comparation of different extration fibers,it is indicated that the SPME with 65 μm CWDVB fiber was optimal for solidphase microextraction.
