摘要
研究了苦豆碱及杀虫剂吡虫啉对菜田蚜虫群落结构的影响,并测定了其对第一优势种菜缢管蚜的杀伤毒力;用药膜法和喷雾法测定其击倒作用,用点滴法测定其对菜缢管蚜的触杀作用。苦豆碱在1%浓度下,KT50分别为29.7min和25.4min,而吡虫啉在1%浓度下KT50分别为12.6min和9.9min,LD50分别为7.7×10-4及2.4×10-3μg/只。田间0.1%喷雾,苦豆碱10d校正防效在80%以上,而吡虫啉仅66.3%。
The paper reports the insecticidal function of aloperine extracted from the Sophora alopecuroides and cypermethrin to Lipaphis erysimi. The knockdown activity and the contact poisoning of the aloperine and cypermethrin were monitored by vial residue and spray method, topical application method. KT50 of knockdown effects of 1% aloperine were 29.7 minutes and 25.4 minutes, KT50 of knockdown effects of 1% cypermethrin were 12.55 minutes and 9.85 minutes. LD50 values were 7.7×10-4 and 2.4×10-3μg/No. Under field conditions, 80% mortality was attained within 10 days after aloperine application. But only 66.3% mortality was attained with in 10 days after cypermethrin application.Community structure of aphids was changed significantly. The results showed that the insecticidal function of aloperine extracted from Sophora alopecuroides was high to aphids community.
