对锦西石化分公司连续重整装置的运行情况进行了分析,该装置采用UOP超低压重整反应工艺,再生部分采用UOP第三代CYCLEMAX技术。介绍了该装置的主要技术特点和装置运行情况,结果表明,装置开工以来运行平稳,氢气收率9.2%,氢气纯度92%,液收(对重整进料)69%,平均辛烷值(RON)为104.6,国产PS-V催化剂性能可靠,同时指出了装置目前存在的问题,提出了解决措施。

The operation of the newly built 600 kt/a CCR platforming unit in Jinxi Petrochemical Company was analyzed.The results showed the unit run smoothly with hydrogen yield 9.2%,hydrogen purity 92%,liquid yield 69% and the averag RON 104.6.The problems in the unit was pointed out and the measures for improvement were proposed.
