巴塞尔协议的实施已有十几的历史,本文对巴塞尔协议实施的效果进行的分析,分析了银行在资本充足率、资本套利、风险行为、竞争力、对向发展中国家贷款等方面发生的变化。并分析了新协议在我国应用面临的问题及因应对策。

Basle Accord has been applied for more than ten years.This paper analyses the effects of the application of the Basle Accord and the changes that have occurred in capital ratio,capital arbitrage,risk behavior,competitiveness,and loans to developing countries.It also analyses the problems of applying the New Accord in China and the countermeasures we should take.
