摘要
测定了6种2-芳基苯并咪唑化合物在铜表面所成膜的XPS谱,并对该膜的模拟化合物进行了热失重、差热分析测试,对膜的结构和耐热性能进行了研究。结果表明在铜表面苯并咪唑化合物与铜发生了配位化学反应并进而形成了铜表面膜,该铜表面膜的致密程度在200℃以下随着热处理温度的提高而提高;2位取代基的改变对芳基苯并咪唑-铜配合物的热稳定性有影响。
The structures and thermal stabilities of six 2-arylbenzoimidazoles complex films formed on the surface of copper were determined by means of XPS, TG and DSC. The results indicated that the complex films were formed by benzimidazoles reacted with copper surface, and the film density enhanced with the increase of heat treatment temperature below 200℃. The thermal stability of film varied with the alternation of substituting groups at the 2-position of benzimidazole.
