镀锌层低铬钝化膜的改性与耐蚀性研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用在低铬钝化液中添加H_3PO_4,SiO_2,Ti(Ⅳ)盐对钝化膜进行改性;利用SEM,EDS,XRD等手段研究了所得钝化膜的表面结晶形态、成分和组成,同时讨论了钝化成膜的反应机理。中性盐雾试验结果表明,CrO_3-H_3PO_4-SiO_2体系和CrO_3-Ti(Ⅳ)体系钝化膜的抗白锈性能是常规低铬钝化膜的4~6倍。 The passivating films of zinc plating were modified by adding H3PO4, SiO2, Ti(Ⅳ) compound in low chromate solution. The morphology and composition of chromate film were studied by means of SEM, EDS, XRD, and the reaction mechanism in formation of passivating film was also discussed. The results of neutral salt spray test showed that the white rust resistance of passive film formed from CrO3-H3PO4-SiO2 systems and CrO3-Ti(Ⅳ) systems was of 4-6 times better than that of conventional low chromate film.
