摘要
本文研究了采用等离子旋转电极工艺制取FGH95合金粉末时,棒料转速、等离子弧电流强度、工作气体流量等制粉工艺参数对粉末收得率的影响。在此基础上,对这些参数进行了优化,使FGH95合金的<100~>50μm成品粉收得率提高了近12%。
The influence of parameters of plasmarotatingelectrode process,such as bar rotating speed,plasma current,flowrate of plasma gas etc,on FGH95 powder yield was studied and optimal parameters were oftained.The <100~>50 μm powder yield was in creased by about 12 %.
