党的基本理论、基本路线、基本纲领和基本经验构成了一个完整的科学体系,是党领导人民全面建设中国特色社会主义的四大法宝。党的基本理论———邓小平理论是全面建设社会主义的理论。党的基本路线规定了我们党的奋斗目标,指明了实现奋斗目标的基本途径、领导力量和依靠力量,是一条全面建设社会主义的路线。中国特色社会主义的经济、政治、文化的基本目标和基本政策的有机统一构成了社会主义初级阶段的基本纲领。党的基本经验归结起来就是“三个代表”,是全面建设社会主义的经验。

The party's basic theory,basic line,basic programme and basic experience form a complete scientific system.They are the four weapons with which the party leads the people to build the socialism with Chinese features.The party's basic theory----Deng Xiaoping's theory is the theory with which we build socialism in full scale.The party's basic line decides the party's goal of struggle and points out the basic way to realize the goal,the leading force and the power to depend on;it is the line to build socialism.The organic unity of the basic policy and the basic goal in economy,politics and culture of socialism with Chinese features is the basic programme in the primary stage of socialism.The party's basic experience,in short,is the“three representatives”which is the experience in overall construction of socialism.
