摘要
法治是这几年被人们频繁使用的一个词法 ,法治表征的是一种状态 ,具有安定、和谐和秩序井然的意义 ,同时又是一种行为方式和办事原则。在法治的条件下 ,个人的权利和价值将得到终极关怀。法治以其合法规律性、合价值性而为我们向往。建设法治国家 ,一方面要有健全的法律制度 ;另一方面 ,更要形成人们对法治精神的理解和追求 ,而这两方面的齐头并进、相得益彰正是完成我国宪法规定的依法治国 ,建设社会主义法治国家目标不可偏废的两点。
The word of rule of law is very popular in this years,and the concept of the rule of law has stable,harmonious and ordered meaning.At the same time it is a kind of behavior method and the principle of handling affairs,On the society of the rule of law, the indivdual's rights will get the ultimate respect. We yearn for the Rule of Law,for its regulation and value .Developing the nations of the Rule of Law, we should constitute the system of law,on the other hand,more and more people comprehend and pursue the spirit of the Rule of Law ,if these two part can interblend exactly and bring out the best in each other, and then it can realize the target of using the law manage state affairs and developing socialism the rule of law'nations passed by the fifteenth congress of the CCP.
