悬吊大鼠比目鱼肌血流量变化与肌肉力学特性的关系 被引量:5

The Relationship Between Blood Flow and Mechanical Characteristics of Soleus Muscle in Whole Body Suspended Rats

摘要 本实验采用48只SD品系雄性大鼠,全身悬吊15天。远红外线照射一侧后肢,使用张力、位移传感器测肌肉力学特性参数,并选用标有^(51)Cr同位素青蛙红血球方法测比目鱼肌血流量。结果表明:远红外线照射使悬吊鼠后肢比目鱼肌血流量增加。悬吊鼠比目鱼肌血流量减少与肌肉力学特性降低存在着相应的关系。肌肉力学特性降低反映肌肉萎缩的程度,因此可以认为血流量下降是悬吊鼠后肢比目鱼肌萎缩的原因之一。 48 male Sprague—Dawly rats(240—300 g) were randomly assigned to 3 groups。 The first was control group, the second was whole body suspension group with one of the hindlimbs irradiated with far infrared ray 3 h/d, and the third was whole body suspension group without irradiation. In suspension group the angle between long axis of body of the rats and horizontal line was 25~30°。 The duration of suspension was 15 days. The mechanical characteristics of soleus muscle were determined with specially designed tension transducers and displacement transducers. The blood flow in soleus muscle was determined with frog red cells labelled with ^(51)Cr. The results indicated that the blood flow in soleus muscles of rats in the second group increased but it decreased in rats in the third group。There was a corresponding relationship between blood flow and mechanieal charateristics of soleus muscles。 The mechanical characteristics of the soleus muscles became worse, when blood flow in them decreased significantly, and vice versa. Since the mechanical charasteristics can reflect the degree of muscle atrophy, so the decrease of blood flow in soleus muscles might be one of the reasons of muscle atrophy in whole body suspended rats.
