A perfect system is not established for the appearing,growing and eliminating of entrepreneurs in China.In order to build a conˉtingent of talented entrepreneurs,we should make system innovations from some aspects such as the reforms of property system,improvement of entrepreneurs market and incentive mechanism and professionalism of entrepreneurs'position.
