摘要
本文报导了用40只白色短毛家兔所做的动物模拟失重实验,得出各脏器微血管通透性的动态反应曲线。并用微循环研究方法,分析了模拟失重时各脏器微血管功能状态与微血管通透性之间的关系;阐述了各脏器微循环功能变化特点;并对变化机理作了初步探讨。
In this paper a study of hypokinesia animal model of head down tilt-20° was reported. 40 rabbits were divided into 5 groups (8 in each group). Permeability of microvessels in rabbits' brain, left ventricular muscle, right lung, liver, spleen, kidney (renocortex and medulla), adrenal gland and the muscle in left femoribus internus were measured with serum albumin labled with ^(125)I. Meanwhile,serum albumin and blood sugar were determined. The dynamic response curves of microvessel permeability in 9 important organs, such as brain and heart, during 15 day simulated weightlessness were given. The characteristics of the changes were highly related to function of the various organ. The results showed that the change of permeability of microvessels might reflect the adaptive process of various organ to simulated weightlessness, and the response properties could be classified into 3 types. The results are helpful in studying the mechanism of adaptive change of organism under microgravity and the protective measures.
