摘要
基于langmuir探针诊断原理,研究了探针供电电源及探针电流、电压检测电路。电源对射频干扰有很好的抑制能力,电压、电流的检测精度均小于0.5%。
Probe power supply and detecting circuits of probe current and probe voltage are studied in this article, which is based on langmuir probe diagnostic principle. The power has a good restraining ability form rf interference, and its measurement precisions of probe current and voltage are less than 0. 5%.
