摘要 衍射光栅已广泛应用于国防、科研和国民经济的许多领域,因此跟踪世界先进的衍射光栅制造技术具有十分重要的意义。文中对衍射光栅制取的两个重要方法—刻划光栅与全息光栅的原理和技术发展进行了阐述,并指出了衍射光栅制造技术的发展趋势。 Diffraction grating is applied widely in national defense, scientific research, national economy and so on. So it is valuable to track the state-of-the-art of the diffraction grating manufacture. In this paper, the principle and technical development of the ruling grating and holographic grating which are two important method of diffraction grating manufacture is set forth. The prospects of diffraction grating manufacture are put forward too.
