摘要
介绍了三相流化床技术在锰酸钾生产中应用的工作原理。工艺流程具有流程短、生产连续化、对MnO2适应性强、MnO2 转化率高、节能显著、操作优化等优点 ,取得了技术经济效益。同时指出了实际生产中应注意和解决的问题 ,比如装置大型化、生产自动化。
The working principle,process flow,advantages and economic benefit of 3-phase fluid-bed technology in the production of K 2MnO 4 are introduced.This technology has the advantages of short process,continuous operating,large flexibility,high conversion rate and energy saving etc.Some improvments needed,such as large scale of plant,auto-operation and comprehensive utilization of heat energy etc.are pointed out.
