伊尼奥小单孢工程菌S_(96)培养特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :对伊尼奥小单孢工程菌S96的培养特性进行研究。方法 :采用单亲灭活原生质体融合技术 ,从伊尼奥小单孢菌融合的杂合体中筛选到的工程菌S96,根据培养特征比较 ,其菌丝形态特征 ,斜面培养特征 ,碳源利用特征和深层培养特征不同于出发菌株。结果 :工程菌S96几乎不产生色素 ,不利用可溶性淀粉 ,不产生孢子。但它在深层培养时 ,生长快 ,菌丝长 ,易成网 ,衰亡期大大推后 ,稳定期明显延长 ,可达 9d之久。结论 :工程菌S96的新特征是出发菌所没有的 ,是一株新的工程菌。 Engineering strain S 96 was isolated from protoplast cell fusion of Mic romonospora strain T 125 which produces antibiotics.According to its mycelia m orphology,slant culture characteristics,carbohydrate utilization and submerge d culture,it was different from original strain at producing pigment,culture my celia . RESULT:It can't utilize soluble starch. Its stable phase is do uble longer than M. strain T 125 in submerged culture. 9 days can be put off when dec line phase ap peared. But M. strain T 125 declined after 4 days. The spore can't b e found in en gineering strain S 96 . Its hypha grow rapidly and net morphologic myce lia can be get after 40h under suitable condition. But M. strain T 125 has n ot these characte r. CONCLUSION:New strain S 96 coming from cell fusion has m any a dvantages over original strain and was designated as a new engineering strai n.
