科技发展的质变问题与科技观的更新

The qualitative change of science and the renewal of scientific view

“科技进步”不仅表现为成果的积累 ,任何事物的发展都会导致自身性质的变化 ,科技也不例外 ,我们对科技的一般的看法应该有相应的更新。本文考察了科技活动由个人的、认识论型的活动变成国家的、生产力型的活动的过程 ,并从这种变化中引出新科技观的探讨 ,对现代科技的性质 ,特别是它的多重主体性、宏观协同性等方面提出一些初步的看法。

The progress of science and technology means not only the accumulation of the productions. The development of anything will lead to the change of its own character, and no exception to science and technology. So our common scientific view should be renovated correspondingly. This article sees about the process for science activity which has changed from the individual and epistemological action into state and of productive force one. What's more, this article drives the discussion of new scientific view from it, and it gives some primary opinion about the character of modern science and technology, especially about its properties concerning multi-subject and macro-cooperation.
