间断温血灌注心肌保护下冠状动脉搭桥术 被引量:5

摘要 目的 观察体外循环间断温血灌注心肌保护下冠状动脉搭桥手术治疗冠心病的结果及安全性。方法 对 4 82例完成体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术的手术方法、并发症、死亡原因以及围手术期的治疗情况进行分析。结果 医院内死亡 10例 (2 % )。随访 3~ 72个月 ,疗效满意。 Objective To study the results and safety of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) using warm blood myocardium protection under cardio-pulmonary bypass(CPB) for coronary artery diseases.Methods 482 patients underwent coronary artery bypass grafting with CPB.Surgical techniques,pre op and post op managements,mortality and post op complications were analyzed.Results In hospital mortality was 2%(10 cases).The majority of the patients benefited from CABG except after 3 months to 6 years follow up.Conclusions CABG using CPB with warm blood myocardium protection is a very safe surgical method.
