摘要 当快中子与土壤中的氢发生弹性碰撞时,快中子慢化成热速度,中子仪是根据中子的特性制造的,以便测定土壤的水分含量。在农田建设和土壤改良中经常需了解土壤的含水量和它随深度和时间的变化。 根据上述数据,人们可以计算土壤剖面的水量平衡和储量以及水分的亏损。因此决定灌溉淋洗盐碱土的需水量和作物的需水量。 中子仪可以提供一种快速非破坏的监测土壤含水量的方法和土壤水分随空间和时间上的变化。 When the fast neutrons elastically collide with hydrogen in soil, they are moderated to thermal velocities.The neutron meter is made to measure soil moisture content by characteristic of neutron.lt is often needed in construction of farmlapd and soil improvement to measure soil water content and its change proccess with depth and time. According to these data people can compute balance of water of soil, water storage in soil profile and water deficiency to detemines irrigated leaching requirement of water for saline-alkali soil and consumptive use of water for crop. The neutron meter can offer a rapid non-destructive mean of monitoring volumetric soil moistrue content and its change in space and time. Since there are diferent contents of elements in various soil which absorbes fast neutron and diferent composition of soil, a calibration curve is required, befor using the meter.
