摘要
本文介绍了铀氢锆燃料中氢含量的测定装置及该装置的精密度测定,对不同的载气流量、提取温度及收集时间的影响分别作了测试研究。当载气流量在85—100ml/min,提取温度由900℃增至1550℃时最佳的收集时间可由30分钟减至18分钟;对氢含量为1.89wt%氢化锆参考标样的测定指出,六次测定的精密度优于±2%,测量误差为2%,氢的回收率达99.3%。测试应用表明本装置及其测试方法稳定且操作简单。
This paper introduces a device used for the determination of hydrogen content in U-H-Zr fuel pellet and its precision deter-mination.The influence of different flow of carry gas,extrac-ting temperature and collecting time on the determination of hy-drogen content is researched separately.While the flow of carrygas is 85—100 mL/min and extracting temperature increasing to1550℃ from 900℃,the best collecting time may be reduced to 18 minfrom 30 min,the determination of zirconium hyrogenate refe-rence standard sample shows that the precision of six time dete-rmination is smaller than ±2%,determination error is 2%.Therate of recovery of hydrogen is 99.3%.The test shows that thedevice and its determination method are stable and operation issimple.
