摘要
高温气冷堆燃料元件内 UO_2分布均匀度是标志燃料元件性能重要指标之一。采用 X 射线层析摄影和计算机图像处理技术,实现了用无损检测方法测定球形燃料元件内 UO_2颗粒的分布。文中介绍了球形燃料元件层析摄影检测的工艺及要点,并对摄影模糊度作了专门阐述。对所摄取的断层底片进行计算机图像处理后,直观地表明 UO_2颗粒分布的均匀度。文中还简要地介绍了计算机图像处理硬件及专门编写的软件包。检测结果可通过 CRT 彩色摄影或彩色打印机绘出直观截面图像。结果表明,采用这种技术测定球形燃料元件中 UO_2颗粒分布均匀性是非常成功的。
The homogeneity of UO_2 distribution in HTGR fuel elementsis one of the important properties of a fuel element.The X-raytomography and image processing technology can nondestructi-rely determine the distribution of UO_2 particles in a sphericalfuel element.A statement was specifically made on tomographyambiguity,otherwise,the technology anh point of tomographyto a spherical fuel element was described too.Through the com-puterized image processing,tomography film shows directly hom-ogeneity of UO_2 particles.The hardware for image processingand the special software packing were briefly introduced.As Theresults of measurements,the colour cross-images,drawed by atyper or taken from CRT by a camera,indicated that determinehomogeneity of UO_2 particles in a fuel element homogeneity ofUO_2 particles in a fuel element sphere by tomography was verysuccessful.
