摘要
文章着重论述了电动机的定子自动成只新技术,通过采用窄带料自动冲裁、盘曲、叠铆自动成只的新的设计和工艺后,材料利用率可以提高一倍,工时利用率可以提高五倍,生产工人的实际劳动强度也可大大降低。
The article discusses in stree on the motor stator automatic forming new technology, via adoption of narrow tape sheet automatic pressing, winding, piling up & riveting automatic foming new design and technology, the material use rate is raised for one time and the work/hour use rate is raised for 5 times, the labor strength of production workers can also be reduced a great deal.
