从《TRIMs协议》角度看我国的投资鼓励措施

On Chinese Investment Incentives From the Angle of 《TRIMs Agreement》

据联合国统计,自20世纪80年代后期以来,国际直接投资发展迅猛,其速度已然超过国际贸易。而中国加入世贸组织后有许多问题值得研究。若从《TRIMs协议》角度对我国的投资鼓励措施进行归类分析,可发现诸多弊端,有关投资鼓励的外资政策的趋向应予以调整。

According to the statistics of UN, international direct investment develops so fast that it exceeds the development of international trade since late-half of the 1980s. It deserves a lot of research work about Chinas entering WTO. From the angle of 《TRIMs agreement》, the author makes classification and analysis on Chinese investment incentives, and proposed the reformation tendency on foreign investment legislation aiming directly at the malpractice of investment incentives in China.
