抵抗素的研究进展
摘要
抵抗素是由脂肪细胞分泌的一种多肽类激素,其mRNA主要在白色脂肪组织表达,被认为可引起胰岛素抵抗,与肥胖病、2型糖尿病的发病存在着密切关系。
