摘要
目的 :观察固肾胶囊对糖尿病肾病 (DN)大鼠脂质代谢及氧自由基的影响。方法 :采用单侧肾切除加链脲佐菌素注射法复制 DN大鼠模型。随机分为模型对照组 ,开博通 +达美康组 ,固肾胶囊大、小剂量组。灌胃给药 8周后分别测定血脂、超氧化物歧化酶及脂质过氧化物水平。结果 :实验组大鼠三酰甘油、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白及脂质过氧化物水平均低于对照组 ,高密度脂蛋白及超氧化物歧化酶水平高于对照组 ,组间比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :该方药有改善 DN大鼠脂质代谢。
Objective:To observe the effects of Gushen capsule on lipidic metabolism and oxygen derived free radidicals in rats model of diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods:After being resected one kidney and injected with streptozotocin(STZ),the DN rat model was established. Rats were randomly divided into 4 groups.Group 1 was model control group,group 2 was given Captopril and diamicron by gastrogavage,group 3 large dosage of Gushen capsule,group 4 small dosage of Gushen capsule. After 8 weeks of administration,blood lipid,superoxide dismutase(SOD) and lipid peroxide(LPO)in rats of every group were determined respectively. Results:Compared with those in the control group, triglyceride(TG), cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein(LDL c) and LPO in the treated groups were lowered. High density lipoprotein(HDL) and SOD in treated groups were higher than those in the control group. There were significant differences among 4 groups. Conclusion:Gushen capsule could not only ameliorate the lipidic metabolism in DN rats ,but also reduce the damage of free radical.
