康脑灵颗粒对高脂餐大鼠脑缺血模型血液流变学的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :通过对长期高脂餐合并脑缺血模型动物体内血脂、血液流变学等指标改变的影响 ,以及应用康脑灵颗粒治疗后的观察 ,为寻找有效治疗脑缺血的新药奠定基础。方法 :采用长期高脂饮食合并手术结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉形成急性实验性不完全性脑缺血模型 ,取抗凝血 ,测定大鼠血浆中 CH、TG含量、测定血小板聚集率、全血和血浆黏度 ,测定体外血栓长度等。结果 :康脑灵颗粒能改善模型动物的血液黏度和血小板聚集率、抑制其体外血栓形成、降低血浆 CH、TG含量。结论 :康脑灵颗粒有活血化瘀、抗血栓作用 。 Objective:To observe effects of Kangnaolinggranule on blood lipid and blood rheology indexes in cerebral ischemic model of rats with high lipid diet.Methods:An acute incomplete cerebral ischemic model of rat was established,and 60 model rats were randomly divided into four groups,which the control group was given complicated Danshen and the treatment group was given Kangnaoling granle.After 28 days,plasma CH,plasma TG,the collecting ratio of thrombocyte,blood and plasma viscosity,and the length of thrombus in vitro were determined.Results:The results showed Kangnaoling granule could improve the blood viscostity,the collecting ratio of thrombocyte,inhabit the formation of thrombus in vitro and decrease the contents of plasma CH,TG in model rats.Conclusion:Kangnaoling granule can decrease plasma lipoprotein,resist thrombus and prevent the formation of cerebral ischemia.
