摘要
我们运用国产FJ377热释光读出装置与APPLE-Ⅱ微机组成联机系统,配合微机解谱技术测得LiF(Mg,Cu,P)粉末样品3个发光峰所对应的γ辐射剂量响应均为亚线性。本文以统计原理为基础,提出了用一次击中和二次击中相叠加的剂量响应函数描述LiF热释光剂量计的剂量响应,并将LiF(Mg、Ti)的超线性和LiF(Mg,Cu,P)的亚线性统一用一个公式表示,给出了剂量响应的线性、亚线性和超线性与特征剂量D_0和R的关系。模型计算与实验符合很好。
Dose responses of thermoluminescent LiF(Mg, Cu, P) to gamma rays radiation have been investigated with a FJ-377 TLD reader which is interfaced to an Apple Ⅱ microcomputer. Sublinear responses of glow peak 1, peak2 and peak3 of the TLD have been obtained. Based on statistical distribution and hit concepts in microdosimetry, a function of TL response to gamma rays was proposed. The function implying a combination of 1-hit and 2-hit responses is a very good decription of TL response of linerarity, sublinearity and supraliearity. Parameters used in this model consist of characteristic dose Do and faction R for 1-hit detectors. Experimental results are in good agreement with the model calculation.
