摘要
对样品的电子自旋共振信号辐照响应曲线采用非线性拟合得到其累积辐照剂量,并在Grun等人的基础上对累积辐照剂量的误差计算进行了改进;分析了线性拟合存在的问题和应用的局限,讨论了非线性拟合对数据的要求;对周口店北京猿人第一个头盖骨及其堆积层的电子自旋共振测年结果进行了误差计算。
The accumulated doses of samples are calculated by nonlinear fitting of the ESR dose response curves. The method of calculating AD's uncertainty has been improved on the basis of Grun's work. The problems and limitations for the linear fitting usually used are analyzed and the requirements for data in the non-linear fitting are discussed. The uncertainty of ESR ages of the first skull of Peking-Man and deposit at Zhoukoudian (Loc.l) is given.
