为防止二次电压回路断线及反充电给人身和设备造成危害 ,提高电压回路的安全可靠系数。从双母线接线变电站的二次电压回路的原理出发 ,阐述了二次电压回路发生断线的危害及防范措施 ,并从现场实际角度出发 。

In order to prevent persons and equipments from being harmed by secondary voltage circuit disconnection and inverse charge and increase the safe factor of high voltage circuit, this dissertation expounds the harm and countermeasures of the secondary voltage circuit disconnection according to the theory of secondary voltage circuit for double bus bar substation. A practical solution is proposed from the field viewpoint.
