摘要
目的 观察比较丝光绿蝇不同饲养方法和不同世代蛹重及其随采蛹发育天数的变化关系 ,并建立丝光绿蝇蛹期发育的数学模型。方法 用两种幼虫饲料分别对丝光绿蝇进行室内连续饲养 ,分别对两组其中的第 4和第 5代蝇蛹进行连续测重 ,采用SPSS8.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析和曲线拟合。结果 丝光绿蝇采用幼虫饲料Ⅰ饲养的室内第 4代、第 5代蛹初重分别显著性大于幼虫饲料Ⅱ饲养的室内第 4代、第 5代蛹初重 ,而不同代的差异无统计学显著性意义。各组蛹重均随蛹发育天数增加而下降 ,头两天蛹重急剧下降 ,后几天蛹重减少趋于平缓 ,不同发育天数的平均蛹重与三次曲线模型的拟合效果最佳。结论 丝光绿蝇采用幼虫饲料Ⅰ室内饲养效果可能好于幼虫饲料Ⅱ ,而幼虫饲料对丝光绿蝇室内饲养后期的各代间蛹重无显著性影响 ,三次曲线回归方程 :y =0 0 2 842 1- 0 0 0 2 496t+0 0 0 0 75 1t2 - 0 0 0 0 0 79t3 可能反映了平均蛹重 (Y)与发育天数 (t)的函数关系。
Objectives To observe the impact on pupal weight of different diets and developing days.To study the changing of the pupal weight along with developing of Lucilia sericata reared in laboratory.To establish a mathematical model for those changes.Methods The blowfly were continuously reared in laboratory on two diets. Pupae of the fourth generation and the fifth generation were weighted daily, and the data were analysed by computer with the software 'SPSS 8.0'.Results At the first day, the pupae in the fourth generation and the fifth generation from those which reared on diet Ⅰ were significantly heavier than those reared on diet Ⅱ.No remarkable difference was found among the different generations in the blowfly reared by the same diet. Pupal weight declined with developing of pupa.The decline was rapid in the first two days and very slow in the rest period.These changing fit well with a cubic model. Conclusions The result suggested that diet Ⅰwas better for the rearing of the blowfly, and the diet did not have significant effect on the pupal weight between different generation.The changing of pupal weight along with its developing days could be defined as the cubic mathematical model: y=0.028421-0.002496t+0.000751t 2-0.000079t 3.
