摘要
本文用穆斯堡尔谱学、X射线衍射和差热分析等方法对非晶态合金Fe_(47)Ni_(32)V_(1.5)Si_6B_(13.5)的磁各向异性和晶化过程进行了研究。研究发现:当退火温度升高到375℃以上时该合金体内开始出现平面磁各向异性的迅速增加;当退火温度升高到500℃时,合金体内开始析出一些亚稳态晶相;而当退火温度更高时,其中一个亚稳态晶相α-Fe(Ni)合金首先消失。晶化的最终产物是三个稳定态晶相。
The magnetic anisotropy and crystallization of amorphous Fe47Ni32V1.5Si6B13.5 alloy have been studied by Mossbauer spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and differential thermal analysis (DTA). It was found that when annealing temperature was above 375℃the magnetic anisotropies developed rapidly with an easy direction parallel to the ribbon plane. The bulk crystallization starts at 500℃ and some metastable crystalline phases were formed. At a higher temperature, one of metastable crystalline phases α-Fe (Ni) alloy disappeared first. The final products of crystallization were found to be some stable crystalline phases.
