摘要
以青蒿素为起始原料,用钠硼氚还原制得氚标记还原青蒿素,然后与对硝基苯甲酰氯缩合反应,得到氚标记对硝基苯甲酰还原青蒿素粗产品,并经硅胶纸层析分离纯化,获得比活度为0.11TBq/mmol的纯品。
Tritiated dihydroartemisinine was obtained by reduction of artemisinine with NaBT4, Then it was reacted with nitrobenzoylchloride. The tritiated product was purified by silica gel loaded paper chromatography. The specific activity was 0. 11TBq/mmol.
